Made with 70% dark chocolate. Layers of flourless chocolate sponge sprinkled with raspberries, a raspberry cremeux, and a rich chocolate mousse. Dipped in a 70% dark chocolate, topped wit fresh raspberries, and a 70% chocolate cremeux.
